Terms and Conditions



- The Grinch delivers meals within the specified date and location, according to the pre-agreed types and weights.


- The customer, whether receiving from the branch or through delivery, is not entitled to claim the meals of the previous day in the event of failure to receive them, in order to preserve the quality.


- The delivery representative waits for a period not exceeding 10 minutes, and in the event that the meals are not received from the nearest branch until the end of the day, the delivery value must be returned to the branch.


- In the event that the customer wishes to change the delivery location or time, he must contact customer service within a period of at least 48 hours before the required change date.


- The subscriber has the right to postpone or temporarily stop receiving his meals for a period of 10 consecutive or separate days during the subscription period.


- Meals must be kept at a refrigeration temperature of 4 degrees, and thus we disclaim our responsibility in case otherwise.


- On official holidays, except for annual holidays, the subscription is considered valid, and in the event of a desire to stop, you must contact customer service to confirm the suspension or through the application


- On Eids (Al-Fitr and Al-Adha), the first three days of each Eid, subscriptions will be suspended and will not be counted.


The official working hours of the Contributions Department are from 10 am to 7 pm (prepared for the holy month of Ramadan)


Delivery service is not available on Friday.


- Amounts paid for subscription or delivery are non-refundable.


- Any modification, suspension or appeal is done exclusively through WhatsApp customer service numbers only or through the application
